All orders require a 50% deposit as we move forward to build your new furniture. We cannot cancel or refund this deposit once your order has been placed.
We can offer only a very limited return policy due to the custom nature of all our orders. There are no returns on mattresses or upholstery but other items can be returned with a minimum 50% restocking charge and payment of delivery and pickup costs. Items must be in “like new” condition and you need to contact customer service within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
All of our furniture is warrantied by the builder that made it. All have a minimum of a 1 year warranty which covers 99% of any issues. Contact Customer Service if you have any concerns and we will help with warranty and if possible non-warranty service.
